Guest Relations Coordinator (Hybrid)

We are a leading marine excursion company offering premium boat trips, snorkelling adventures, and unforgettable island experiences on the Red Sea. We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Guest Relations Coordinator to join our team.

This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both onboard our boats and remotely from home depending on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Onboard Duties:

  • Welcome and assist guests during check-in and boarding.
  • Provide trip information, safety guidelines, and activity briefing.
  • Ensure guest comfort, answer inquiries, and collect feedback.
  • Assist with photos, media sharing, and encourage reviews.

Remote Duties:

  • Communicate with guests before and after their trip via WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Handle bookings, confirmations, and special requests.
  • Manage guest feedback, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
  • Support marketing efforts with testimonials and online content.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent communication in English. (German, French, or Russian are strong advantages.)
  • Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service preferred.
  • Professional, friendly, and well-presented.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic office tools.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
